Michael John Smith writes, 02:07 PM 10/8/2008 +0100: I just received some really important news coming from Giovanni di Stefano. It seems the lawyers are all falling out over how Daniel James should be defended against the Official Secrets Act, and there are worries that Daniel is being prepared for an unfair trial, which is due to start tomorrow. In reality I guess Daniel's defence lawyers are working for the prosecution, as I am sure they were during my trial. The British legal system is so corrupt. I have scanned in the relevant documents as a pdf, and I have included a letter I received today from Daniel's solicitors telling me to remove the previous document (which I sent you) from my website. I was previously threatened with prosecution for publishing those extracts from Daniel's witness statements, and now the shit is really about to hit the fan!
